Khodjaev Rustam Makhamadalievich began his career in 1996, as a student, with pre-diploma practice at the Foreign Trade Operations Department of “TURON” JSCBK
He left banking practice in 2001 as a Chief Specialist of the Center for Project Financing of the National Bank of Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
After completing his studies at Charles Dickens College (Great Britain), English Language, and Economics of manufacturing enterprise, he continued his career as a Financial Consultant to the EBRD project on the analysis of the retail fuel sector in Kyrgyzstan.
From 2007 to 2010, as the Executive Director, he was in charge of the “JMP International” LLC for the production of juices and concentrates, which had production sites in 3 regions of the Republic with a total workforce of more than 600 people.
In 2011 he was invited to crisis management in an industry different from the FMCG market-the production and sale of paints and varnishes. In 2 years the enterprise has taken a leading position with the opening of 2 branches in the north and south of the country.
The sphere of the paint and varnish business was replaced by the oil and fat industry, where the indicators were also increased by 2 times due to cost optimization, high quality of products and optimally built sales system.
From 2017 to present, he is the Financial Director of “AGRONIC” LLC.
